In my years as a clinical hypnotherapist and the founder of BHI's past life regression program , I've facilitated hundreds of regression sessions. What I've learned is that whether or not you believe in literal past lives, the experiences that emerge during regression work carry profound therapeutic value. Clients consistently discover insights that help them understand — and resolve — patterns they couldn't access through conventional therapy alone. Intense Déjà Vu We've all experienced mild déjà vu, but some people describe experiences that go far beyond a passing sense of familiarity.
