Is this therapy?
No — hypnotherapy and coaching, not psychotherapy or crisis care.
Can I cancel?
After the 3-month minimum on Core and Intensive, cancel anytime. Circle can be cancelled anytime. Access ends at the end of your billing period, and sessions do not roll over.
