If you’ve been feeling reflective, tender, or ready to release what’s heavy—Winter Solstice is the perfect moment to pause. Today is the turning point: the longest night, and the beginning of the light’s return. We already posted a Winter Solstice Guided Meditation on YouTube, and this is your invitation to make it a ritual.

How to use the meditation (so it actually lands)

Before you press play, choose one:

Release: “I’m letting go of what I’m done carrying.”
Renew: “I’m opening to a new beginning.”
Return: “I’m reconnecting with my inner light.”

Light a candle if you can. Headphones recommended. Let this be 10–20 minutes where you don’t perform for anyone.

After the meditation: 3 Solstice Reflection Prompts

Journal for 3–5 minutes:
What am I ready to release from 2025—emotionally, energetically, or practically?
What part of me is returning right now?
What is one intention I’m willing to protect like a flame this season?
