Clinical past life regression training teaches practitioners how to guide a client into a relaxed, focused state and explore memories, emotions, and patterns that may feel connected to experiences beyond the current lifetime. This foundational training walks you through a full clinical framework from first contact to post-session integration: induction techniques — progressive relaxation, affect bridging, and somatic bridging to guide clients into a workable regression state; a structured session protocol — moving clients through orientation, significant scenes, the death transition, and the inter-life space in a safe, sequenced way; trauma-informed methods — titration, containment, and pendulation for managing emotional abreaction and somatic activation; integration frameworks — journaling protocols, somatic homework, and follow-up planning that help insights land in a client's present life; clinical documentation — consent, session notes, and outcome tracking appropriate for professional regression work; and supervised practice — you'll guide and receive complete regression sessions with real-time instructor feedback. By graduation you'll have practiced multiple complete sessions under supervision and be prepared to offer this work professionally.
