Non-Discrimination Policy
Boulder Hypnotherapy Institute LLC ("the Institute") is committed to providing an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students, staff, and community members. 1. Equal Access to Programs
All training programs, certifications, courses, workshops, and services offered by the Institute are available to qualified individuals without regard to any protected characteristic. Admission decisions are based solely on the applicant's qualifications, readiness for training, and alignment with program prerequisites.
2. Equal Treatment
All students enrolled in the Institute's programs will receive equal treatment in instruction, grading, mentorship, access to resources, and opportunities for certification. No student shall be subjected to differential treatment based on any protected characteristic.
3. Reasonable Accommodations
The Institute is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for students with documented disabilities. Students who require accommodations should contact the Institute as early as possible to discuss their needs and develop an appropriate accommodation plan.
4. Harassment-Free Environment
The Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or intimidation based on any protected characteristic. This applies to all interactions within the Institute's programs, including in-person sessions, online training, community forums, and any other Institute-sponsored activities.
5. Instructor and Staff Commitment
All instructors, staff, and contractors of the Institute are expected to uphold this Non-Discrimination Policy in all aspects of their work, including curriculum delivery, student evaluation, communication, and professional conduct.
6. Reporting Discrimination
Any student, applicant, or community member who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report the concern. Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with the Institute's Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
7. Compliance
This policy is maintained in compliance with applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws, including but not limited to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 151B.
