Learn past life regression therapy in Boulder Hypnotherapy Institute's PLR Level 1 Foundations training — a 3-day live online program with supervised practice and 18 NBCC-approved continuing education credits. Next training: April 24–26, 2026. This foundational training teaches you a complete past life regression session framework from intake through integration. You will learn multiple regression induction techniques, how to guide clients safely through past life experiences, somatic bridging methods for accessing subconscious material, post-regression integration protocols, and the clinical documentation practices essential for professional PLR work. The training is designed for beginners with no prior regression experience, coaches and mentors who want to add PLR to their toolkit, healing practitioners and bodyworkers interested in transpersonal approaches, and hypnosis-trained practitioners expanding into regression work. No prior hypnotherapy training is required for this program. All sessions are conducted Live Zoom with real-time instructor feedback and supervised breakout practice sessions. You will practice complete regression sessions with fellow students under expert guidance, so you graduate feeling confident and prepared to offer PLR as a professional service. Certificate of completion awarded upon graduation. The PLR pathway continues with Level 2 (Advanced Past Life Regression), Level 3 (Between Lives Spiritual Regression), and Level 4 (Akashic Records) for practitioners who want to deepen their regression practice.
