According to a study published in the International Journal of Behavioral Science, an estimated 70% of people experience imposter syndrome at some point in their lives. The same study found that imposter syndrome is more common among women, minorities, and people with high levels of education. Imposter syndrome is not limited to the workplace. A survey conducted by the International Coaching Federation found that 60% of respondents experienced imposter syndrome in their personal lives. Imposter Syndrome is a phenomenon where a person doubts their abilities and accomplishments, believing that they are not as competent as others perceive them to be. Despite evidence to the contrary, they continue to feel like a fraud. This condition can have a negative impact on a person’s personal and professional life, leading to stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem. However, hypnotherapy can help individuals overcome this limiting belief and gain confidence in their abilities. Here are some ways hypnotherapy can help individuals heal imposter syndrome: 1.
